General Machinery & Manufacturing Company (GMMCO) shall provide machined products and services that consistently meet or exceed our customer’s requirements, including quality, on time delivery, and overall value.

Quality System Overview
GMMCO takes great pride in the quality of our products and our excellent quality management system. We are committed to attaining and exceeding our customer’s expectations. GMMCO’s firm commitment to producing the highest quality products and our rigorous inspection procedures ensure that non-conforming parts never leave our shop under any circumstance.
On Time Delivery Commitment
GMMCO strives to make sure that all customer parts are shipped and delivered on time with no exceptions. We take great care in quoting accurate lead times and doing everything in our power to provide earlier delivery time if requested by our customers. We allow multiple releases on orders within a time frame of 1 year. Delivery and release dates are able to be adjusted as many times as necessary without any issue.
GMMCO Certificates of Conformance
GMMCO provides a Certificate of Conformance (C of C) for any order upon customer request. We provide a C of C at no additional cost, and can do so for every shipment if desired. C of C’s are also always available at a later date if requested.
Inspection Plans
GMMCO creates a custom, detailed inspection plan specifically tailored to each part we manufacture for our customers. Inspection Reports are always available to our customers upon request, and free of charge. GMMCO is proud to be Made in USA! GMMCO manufactures all products in our Chicago, IL facility. All of our boxes are identified with a “Made in USA” label.
